We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Market & Operations Analyst. You will play an integral role in driving process creation and communications, as well as coordinating projects across the company. You will support the streamlining of operational processes and management of 3rd party vendors. You will work closely with the Head of Operations for the entry process into new markets for the commodities we trade - gas, power and carbon. This role requires dealing on a daily basis with tech, finance, trading, legal as well as external stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you will need to be experienced in managing business operations and project management. You will be extremely process focused, driving efficiency and alignment throughout the business. The ideal individual will be very diligent in manner with an extreme eye for detail, and is able to learn quickly what we do, to build and manage operational processes around this.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an operational and support layer for day-to-day tasks/projects for Trading/Tech/Finance
• Be a point of contact for counterparties, exchanges, TSOs and clearing houses, developing relationships which are crucial to the business.
• Facilitate user and product administration on third-party platforms, ensuring seamless trader access to exchanges and trading venues.
• Support the growth of the company presence in markets by onboarding us and completing due diligence in different territories
• Streamlining company processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in trading operations.
• Support implementation of new business and associated system/process changes.
• Support teams with companywide project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Economics, Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel skills.
• Working knowledge or training in the Energy industry preferred.
• Experience working in operational environments requiring strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, effective task prioritization, and delivery under time pressure.
• Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
